Project Design & Bid Management
We prepare reliable Cost Estimate for each phase of the project design (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design), and monitor the budget carefully throughout the design phase.
- Alongside, manage meticulously the critical path of the entire Bid Process, thereby assisting the Client / Lead Consultant and associate(s) for the much-required smooth transition of Project Bid to Contract Award.
- Quantity take-off, Preparation of Cost Estimate / Cost Plan / Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Pre-Qualification of Bidders, Invitation to Bidders, Clarifying Bidder Queries, etc.
- Bid Document Review (Instruction to Bidders, Conditions of Contract, Addendum, etc.)
- Bid Evaluation, related recommendation and support to client in Bid Negotiation and decision making.
- Prepare a Letter of Award / Acceptance for Client and Review Contract Document (Commercial) before validation, stamp & signature.

POST CONTRACT PHASE
Contract Administration

- Prepare Draft Response for the Client Representative for all Contractual Correspondences
- Advise Client on the Procurement Strategy for directly Acquiring Project Materials / Resources
- Prepare / Review Subcontract Agreements for Direct Procurements by Client Review of Key Documents like Performance Bond, Advance Payment Bond, Project Insurance, etc.

Planning and Scheduling
We review the risk associated in the Baseline Programme and advise the Client / Lead Consultant to take appropriate or Remedial Actions before acquiring approval of the same.
Time-to-time Baseline Programme will be updated in sync with Site Progress, and all anticipated delays will be highlighted.
Our overriding aim is to endeavour best to prevent Project Creep or Extension of Time (EOT) by supporting the construction team to significantly mitigate delay in Project Completion.
